W.E. R.I.S.E. builds community and confidence among Lehigh women interested in entrepreneurship.
Through small-group peer lunches and open networking events, the initiative creates space for women and their allies to share ideas, learn from each other, and develop the relationships and skills that fuel entrepreneurial ventures.
The initiative includes two core programs: "A Seat at the Table," monthly lunches where women discuss entrepreneurship topics guided by guest experts, typically in partnership with student clubs across campus, and "W.E. R.I.S.E. Mocktail Mixer," a February networking event open to all.
Both are designed to help women and their supporters find their voice, build presence, and connect with peers who are creating change.
Additionally, the initiative includes a special Women's Cohort of the Eureka! program.
